    Off on a jolly!

I'm off to visit my Cousin in Belgium for a overnighter weds/thursday. First long ride on the bike, excited is an understatement!

I've even packed my Trangia fuel bottle... just in case!

    Bon voyage!

If you come back via Calais make sure you haven't got any of them foreign blighters stored in your luggage, or sitting behind you!! They'll try anything to get to old Blighty, and it ain't the weather their after!

All went well, No fuel issues at all, Every station had fuel regardless of whats in the news and the bike ran faultlessly... although a numb bum and deafness for a couple days after.

I saw only 4 Migrants on the way back into Calais, And unless they were able to run at 90mph I dont think they would hop on board

I was filling up at 75 miles regardless, As soon as I was off the main highway there was 3 fuel stations to each town to take my pick from.

The belgian roads look like they were built by blind children with ricketts! nice and smooth through France.

Will be planning to pop over again at the end of summer with the old man in tow, We will head out further towards Black Forest in Germany for some decent roads
