have a safe trip
Bon voyage!
If you come back via Calais make sure you haven't got any of them foreign blighters stored in your luggage, or sitting behind you!! They'll try anything to get to old Blighty, and it ain't the weather their after!![]()
Don't know how I missed this postHave a good safe trip .we will meet up sometime matey.
All went well, No fuel issues at all, Every station had fuel regardless of whats in the news and the bike ran faultlessly... although a numb bum and deafness for a couple days after.
I saw only 4 Migrants on the way back into Calais, And unless they were able to run at 90mph I dont think they would hop on board![]()
Glad to hear things went well for you.
All good news there then![]()
Maybe some padding for my arse and some twistier roads, id be happy chappy
thanks for reporting back !!!!
good news on the fuel issue and the migrant threat was possibly a minor worry !!
some belgian roads are ropey , you definately know when youve passed from france into belgium !!
I was filling up at 75 miles regardless, As soon as I was off the main highway there was 3 fuel stations to each town to take my pick from.
The belgian roads look like they were built by blind children with ricketts! nice and smooth through France.
Will be planning to pop over again at the end of summer with the old man in tow, We will head out further towards Black Forest in Germany for some decent roads![]()
