Unfortunately showing off is the scourge of biking and he was old enough to know better.
Before any of you come back with " I bet you've sped etc" then yes I have ( private road officer!) but there's a time and place and busy roads full of traffic isn't it.
    Just my opinion mind.
    100% correct

There is a time and place for everything, we all have a play now and then but you're an absolute idiot to do it like he did. He's just another statistic waiting to add to the "speed kills" crap they will always go on about. If you're going to have a play then do it on a back road out away from everyone, much more fun, and you don't have to worry about other idiots on the road. Have I gone fast ? yes, but i'm not an idiot that does it in the middle of traffic. Pick your place and enjoy so at least you're the only one at risk not everyone else.

We all know that the bikes quicker than the car, we all know that it's very easy to overtake with a bike but at least don't treat the road like you own it and no one else does. Just my 2c's

Time flies... but not quite that fast!

I run a contour+ daily on my lid, I clear the SD card every few days and if I'm going to crack on a bit I simple switch it off on the fly. There's a format button that's easily used if I'm pulled over anyway, takes seconds to format.
    No problem.
