    Newbie!!!!!!

    Hi all,

Damion here who is the proud new owner of a 2005 1000 r (Well 2 months)
Lol what a blast, love everything about it.
I did post a week ago about an issue I have run into but have been reliably informed I posted it in the classified section. (Not the brightest)
    (Paul D many thanks)
Problem = cutting out when I pull away.
Probable cause = Cleaning with buckets of water ( Not the brightest)
Remedy = Remove HT Leads dry connectors, spray with WD40.
    Will try tomorrow, fingers crossed.
    Cheers 🍻

Welcome in fella, like the silver and red combo of your bike. While you have the tanks up spraying WD40 check the condition of the vacuum pipes if your having running issues
    Good luck
    Thanks from Dame74

    "The beast is back"!!!!!
Oil change with filter, new clutch fluid and the mechanic said I had the after market clutch lever set at position 1 instead of 5/6 so wasn't engaging!
All I know is after 95 I am on the road again.
Many thanks for all the advise.
    Happy, happy, happy.
